SDS Studio™Definition: Regulation (EU) 2020/878 replaced REACH Annex II and is the current legal format for safety data sheets in the EU, mandatory for all SDSs since 1 January 2023.
It added requirements for nanoforms, the UFI in subsection 1.1, endocrine-disrupting properties in sections 2, 11 and 12, specific concentration limits, M-factors and ATEs in section 3.
SDSs in the earlier format of Regulation (EU) 2015/830 could be supplied only until 31 December 2022.
