What is the InnovaDocs platform?

SDS Studio creates safety data sheets. The InnovaDocs platform manages them: all products, their SDSs, labels and other documents in one place, with a compliance score, partner sharing and notifications about legal changes.

Pro: 49 EUR + VAT / month (490 EUR / year), 50 products, 1 user. Business: 99 EUR + VAT / month (990 EUR / year), 150 products, 3 users. SDS Studio PDFs are charged separately per SDS.

A good fit when you sell many products, receive SDSs from suppliers or must give SDSs to customers.

1. Home

"Home" is the overview dashboard: number of products, documents that need attention, overall compliance and recent notifications. Widgets can be rearranged.

2. Products and document upload

1. Open "Products" and add a product, or upload documents directly.
2. Upload SDSs, labels or technical documents (PDF). The AI reads the SDS, recognises the product and checks structure, sections and classification.
3. Each product page collects all documents, versions and languages of that product. Only the latest version is shown by default; older versions stay in the history.

3. Compliance score

Each product gets a score showing how complete its documentation is: SDS quality, required languages for the target markets and, for hazardous mixtures, the PCN notification.

The score lists what is missing, so you can improve it step by step, for example by adding a missing language with SDS Studio.

4. Partners and customer portal

Under "Partners" you invite suppliers and customers. Suppliers can share their products and SDSs with you; you can share your products with customers.

Customers see shared documents in their own portal, always the latest version, and are notified when a document changes.

If the invited company is already registered, the connection needs its approval.

5. Notifications and legal changes

"Notifications" collects document events and legal change notices (for example CLP, REACH or national rules) relevant to your products, with an explanation of what to check.

6. Tasks, team and roles

"Tasks" lists follow-up work, for example SDSs to update or documents to request from suppliers.

In "Settings" you invite team members (owner, member, viewer). Team members share the owner's plan; a user belongs to one organisation.

7. Labels, QR label and PCN

CLP labels can be designed from the SDS data. A QR-code digital label gives registration-free access to the hazard information.

Under "Services" you can order expert work from InnovaTox, for example PCN notification (49 000 HUF + VAT per product in Hungary).

8. Subscription and cancellation

Plans are managed under "Settings". On a scheduled cancellation full access stays until the end of the paid period, then the account continues in SDS Studio only mode. Products, partners and documents are kept and return with a new subscription.

9. Learning and help

"Learning" contains short tutorials. "Help" contains the help centre. The SDS Studio guide is at innovadocs.com/en/help/sds-studio. External AI assistants cannot see your account; describe the step or share a screenshot without confidential data.

Common questions

Do I need a subscription for SDS Studio?

No. SDS Studio works without a subscription; the platform features need Pro or Business.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

It is kept. The account switches to SDS Studio only, and platform access returns with a new subscription.

Why is a product score capped?

Hazardous mixtures without PCN notification cannot reach full compliance.

A partner does not see my document.

Check that the connection is approved and the product is shared with that partner.

Can I import many products at once?

Yes, upload several documents together in Products; the AI sorts them by product.
